I have been training with Angela for about a year now and find her to be a truly excellent trainer. She works close with her clients to ensure she understands their personal goals and sets about a program of exercise and nutrition to make that goal achievable.

She is a great motivator and seems to have a knack for knowing what I am capable of and doesn’t let me slack off. She pushes me above my fitness level which is great for achieving the results I expect from a personal trainer and there’s nothing like the sense of achievement I feel when I finish one of Angela’s sessions. During our training Angela varies the exercises so that I do not get bored doing the same thing each session. She ensures each exercise is executed with the correct technique and keeps me focused throughout ensuring personal success.

So if you are looking to improve your strength, nutrition, muscle tone, fitness or lose weight, then I would recommend Angela as your personal trainer.
