Studio A Health and Fitness is very privileged to have the talented Noelene Fraser from Nirvana Massage, offer her services at our gold star Whitfield facility.

Noelene has been massaging for almost 15 years, and offers a large range of services including remedial, relaxation, pre-natal, shiatsu, reiki and Chinese cupping. Noelene has helped a large number of our Studio A clients with niggles, injuries and pains (some of which have been unresolved for a long time), particularly our long distance athletes competing in Ironman and endurance events. She has a ‘knack’ for being able to pin point the areas that are causing you grief, and works with her clients to repair and mend these problems, to have you feeling better than ever before!
