Pilates

Our gold star training facility also offers small group pilates 4 week programs. We cap our pilates classes at just four people, to ensure you receive the attention and focus necessary to get the most out of each session. Have you ever been in a class full of people and feel like you get lost in the crowd? Not with our pilates sessions! Our fully qualified instructor will ensure you are correctly engaging and strengthening the muscles that are weak and often get neglected.

Our pilates programs are suitable for all abilities and fitness levels. Our instructors will modify each exercise accordingly to give the more advanced participants a chance to challenge themselves, and our beginners the opportunity to really focus on the basics.

Our 4 week pilates programs give you an opportunity to join us 1, 2 or 3 days per week. Our sessions are held Monday 6.30pm, Thursday 6.30pm and Saturday 8.30am. These classes go for 45 minutes.
