Nirvana Massage
Hi team Studio A! I am Noelene from Nirvana Massage. I have been a remedial therapist for almost 14 years, starting off in Bendigo, Victoria, before relocating
three years ago to beautiful Cairns. I estimate I have done around 15,000 massages, and aside from working for myself I have also worked in some of the premier Day Spas in Daylesford, Victoria. I have even made it into the Guinness Book of Records as one of the participants in the world’s largest massage event.
The bulk of my clients are weekend warriors – AFL players, netballers, cricketers, runners, cyclists and triathletes. I even had the pleasure of massaging the lovely Jodie Swallow,
winner of the women’s Ironman I n Cairns last year! I use a range of therapeutic techniques to achieve the desired outcome including trigger point therapy, acupressure and muscle
energy techniques involving assisted stretching.
I’m looking forward to another successful year assisting all of the Studio A team in achieving their goals.

Woree Sports and Aquatic
Jason and Donna Salecich are 20 year Cairns locals with a passion for swimming. Having now leased the pool for 3 years it has transformed the pool facility into arguably one of
the best aquatic facilities in Cairns. During this time it has seen massive growth in Learn to Swim (50 to now over 500) and Jason and Nathan Grant (Coaches) have embraced Ironman and helped many beginner and seasoned athletes achieve their goals.
Woree Aquatic Centre has a goal to be a great community pool offering a diverse range of services and can also provide you with all your swimming merchandise, boards fins etc. So whether you are a total beginner and need one on one lessons, have children who you would love to see becoming water safe or perhaps a future champion or if you are just a person who wants to get active and loves the water then Woree Aquatic Centre is for you.
