Over 60’s Exercise

Exercise plays a critical role in positive aging, and our Over 60’s Exercise classes assist with this. With a focus on gentle strength and cardiovascular exercise, as well as improving balance and flexibility, these classes strive to keep you mobile, agile and able to complete your day to day tasks for as long as possible.

We cater for all levels and abilities, so there is no need to worry about whether you will be able to participate or not. We will accomodate your individual needs in a supportive, encouraging and friendly training environment. 

Prior to arriving for your first session, we ask that you please seek medical clearance, and provide us with a copy of the document.

Your first class is free! After that, the Over 60’s sessions can be purchased in a 10 class pass for $170. This pass has a 12 month expiry, so there is plenty of time to use your sessions.
