Group Ride Sessions
Join us Mondays & Fridays 5.30am – 6.30am for face to face ride sessions each week (Fridays at the velodrome)
Strength & Conditioning
Choose a strength or Pilates class each week, and attend our stretch/roll session to keep you in ‘tip top’ condition
Personalised Training Plan
Each individual receives a fully personalised training plan each fortnight to support their goals
Technique & Skill Development
Climbing hills, riding fast, riding confidently, negotiating corners? We got you!
Complete, Ongoing Coach Support & Guidance
Coach Ange is constantly monitoring each runner, as well as checking in each week to ensure you are progressing well & on track
