“I have just complete the last session of Studio A’s 10 Week Run Your First Program. At the start, I couldn’t run more than 10m. Now, after expert coaching and constant challenges from Coach Ange, I can run 10 minutes in one stretch, followed by 12 x run/walk intervals – and I have signed up for the 2021 12 week program. 

Who would have thought that I would continue on with something so physically and mentally challenging? Not me, that is for sure! I have been pleasantly surprised, and I can even say that I love running now! 

Looking forward to competing in the 5km Masters race in May!”

Group Run Sessions

Join us Tuesday & Thursdays 5.30am – 6.30am for face to face run sessions each week

Choose a strength or Pilates class each week, and attend our stretch/roll session  to keep you in ‘tip top’ condition

I absolutely love running! I have been a part of the Studio A team for 3 years now, and have achieved amazing things. I was not a runner, and I am still not a speedster, but I have successfully completed a large number of 5km and 10km races, as well as 3 x half marathons. In 2021, I am stepping up to the big marathon distance – I cannot wait! Coach Ange has helped me to use running as a kind of therapy – it relaxes me, helps my confidence and makes me more productive in my day to day life. If have even a small inkling of desire to run, speak with Coach Ange – it may just be the best thing you have ever done – it certainly was for me!
