2021 Trail Running Program
Teaching your teens the importance of being active & moving their bodies is such an important habit to develop & nurture. Studio A provides a safe and supportive training environment to help your teens thrive!
These fitness classes will target Female teens specifically, encouraging positive body image, and teaching these young women about safe and effective exercise practises. Technique will be of utmost importance, and participants will be educated in how to exercise according to their specific health and fitness goals.

Small Class Sizes
Our sessions are strictly limited to 6 participants per class to ensure your teen gets the most out of each session
Safe Exercise Choices
We teach your teens about the best, safest & most effective exercises to help them achieve their health and fitness goals
Our trainers will be there to ensure that your teens are completing all exercises correctly to avoid injury & minimise risk in a gym environment
Confidence is so important for our teens. We want your teens feeling confident in the gym environment, as well as confident within their own bodies
Variety and Fun
No two classes are ever the same! We show your teens just how much fun they can have whilst being active, and keep them interested by always mixing it up

- Female Teen’s Class Saturday 9am – 9.45am
- Male Teen’s Class Saturday 9.45am – 10.30am
- Term 1 Program runs for 8 weeks commencing 5th February
- 8 week program cost is $120
