Trail running is quite different to road running, and our program covers all of your basis to ensure you maximise your potential, while having lots of fun!

Group Run Sessions
Join us Tuesday & Thursdays 5.30am – 6.30am for fitness run sessions, & Saturdays 6.30am for a trail run each week
Strength & Conditioning
Choose a strength or Pilates class each week, a stretch/roll session & a trail specific conditioning class to keep you in ‘tip top’ condition
Personalised Training Plan
Each individual receives a fully personalised training plan each fortnight to support their goals
Technique & Skill Development
Trail running has many skills that need development to keep you upright, injury free & moving with pace – expect to learn all of this in your program with us
Complete, Ongoing Coach Support & Guidance
Coach Ange is constantly monitoring each runner, as well as checking in each week to ensure you are progressing well & on track
Run Specific Nutrition Guidance & Advice
Nutrition will make or break you as a runner – we give you all the tips & tricks to be a success

Perfect for the beginner trail runner who wants to learn the basics, and get a feel for the sport. Doesn’t necessarily want to race

Perfect for those beginning, or the trail veterans that want a little more time to refine their skills, and generally have a goal race in mind
Perfect for those wanting to do the bigger trail distances, have a specific race in mind, & need a customised program length

I was brand new to trail running, and had big ambitions of completing my first 50km Ultra. Coach Ange was incredibly supportive throughout my training journey, and I successfully achieved my goal at the Snowy Mountains on 1st March 2020.
