Studio A Women’s Wellness Open Day
Saturday 20th January 9am – 12 noon
Join us for a day that focuses on all things ‘Women’s Wellness’.
Women have specific exercise and nutrition requirements that change throughout their life’s journey. Our team at Studio A recognises this, and have developed classes and workshops that address these needs.
We are pleased to offer complimentary Reformer Pilates, Strength for Menopause, Building Strong Bones, HIIT (interval training) for Menopause & Roll, Release & Relax classes.
We will also be hosting a Nutrition & Exercise for Menopause information session, and Coach Roz will be offering 15 minute EMMETT Therapy appointments.
