I love the outdoor group fitness that Ange runs with the help of Clare and Meg! I needed a motivation kick, and by booking into classes and committing to attend, plus being surrounded by other members who turn up and give so much effort during classes, I’ve found my fitness levels improve and my size start to drop!! I’ve also participated in the first ever 21 Day Challenge where we were measured and tested before and after to see first hand our awesome improvements!! I’ve still got a way to go, but the road to success is ongoing, and I’ve got Ange to help! Winners don’t make excuses!!
